Beetroot

If beetroot juice spills on your benchtop, apply white vinegar (not on marble) to clean it if the stain is fresh. If it has dried, glycerine should be applied to the stain, left for a few minutes and then removed.

Try the same technique on fabrics, then launder as usual.
