Lipstick

(Washable fabrics)

Rub in petroleum jelly to loosen the stain. Launder in a warm, soapy solution. Glycerine, eucalyptus oil and methylated spirits may also be tried.

(Non-washable fabrics)

Loosen the stain, then sponge with dry-cleaning fluid.

(Upholstery)

Dab the stain with a cotton ball dampened with glycerine.
